This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted photographs, as well as files for which user lacks usage and distribution permissions. Files whose intended use or purpose is to harass individual or multiple persons.


Uploading illegal files will result in

The deletion of all files that the user has uploaded to our service. The deletion of user account. Banning the users IP address.


Responsibility for Data

By using the HotlinkFiles.com Services, you agree that you have sole responsibility for all files that you store on the server. You acknowledge and agree that HotlinkFiles.com will not be responsible for any failure of the Service to store a file, for the deletion of a file stored on the Service, or for the corruption of or loss or any data, information or content contained in a file.
